With menus by Brian Molloy, Nikki Beach Hotel & Resort’s Executive Chef, Nikki Coconut Grove Restaurant offers the best delicacies for lunch and dinner, as well as some magnificent appetizers to accompany your favorite drink. Some of the delicious flavors include: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with avocado salsa and grain mustard smear, Butteflied Yellowtail Snapper sautéed bok choy, soy, ginger and jasmine, and Double Cut Pork Chop with Hawaiian barbecue glaze and soft grits among many other scrumptious options.
